 A single family, two story residence in Kingsville, MD, which was originally built by current owner, was renovated by our Client to create a modern interior design space. Design Architive re-configured the interior layout and created custom designed luxury home to include big kitchen, sun room overlooking lake, pantry and mud room, 5 bedrooms, office, buttler's pantry close to dinning room.

 A single family, story and a half residence in Stoney Creek, MD, which was originally very small and not functional. Design Architive re-configured the interior design and created custom designed luxury home with open layout kitchen and upstairs master suite with master bathroom and big terrace overlooking Stoney Creek.

Two story residence needed special touch and better interior design after it was purchased from builder. Design Architive reconfigured builder's layout creating luxury architectural and interior design into open layout, removing columns in the living room and walls in the dining room.

 A single family, one story residence in Hickory Ridge, MD, needed interior design for mural wall as a focal point when you enter the residence. Design Architive architect created luxury architectural and interior design feel that is inexpensive yet amazing modern mural with three different paint colors and some blue tape.
