LUXURY RESIDENTIAL

 A single family, two story residence in Kingsville, MD, which was originally built by current owner, was renovated by our Client to create a modern interior space. Design Architive re-configured the interior layout to include big kitchen, sun room overlooking lake, pantry and mud room, 5 bedrooms, office, buttler's pantry close to dinning room.

 A single family, story and a half residence in Stone Creek, MD, which was originally very small and not functional. Design Architive re-configured the interior and created open layout kitchen and upstairs master suite with master bathroom and big terrace overlooking Stone Creek.

Two story residence needed special touch after it was purchased from builder. Design Architive reconfigured builder's layout into open layout, removing columns in the living room and walls in the dining room.

 A single family, one story residence in Hickory Ridge, MD, needed mural wall as a focal point when you enter the residence. Design Architive architect created inexpensive yet amazing modern mural with three different paint colors and some blue tape.
